The first step is a meet & greet appointment to ensure we are a good match. This is your opportunity to ask any clarifying questions about my approach or naturopathic medicine (Note: no health advice is given during this appointment type). No referrals are needed to start your journey.
What does it look like to work with me?
In the initial appointment - we "strategize". We spend an hour discussing your health history, labs & health goals in a one on one environment. How to prepare?
Before your initial appointment please fill out the intake forms.
Make sure to bring any recent labs/ imaging reports from the last 12 months.

Do you offer virtual or in person appointments?
I offer both for B.C residents! HIPAA and PIPEDA compliance software is used for virtual appointments to keep your information confidential. However, if a physical exam if required, I request that you come into the office or I can refer you to another physician to ensure you get a proper assessment.
