Need a little more information?

Q: What is a naturopathic doctor?

Naturopathic doctors (ND) are primary care practitioners who are trained to treat a variety of general health concerns. Naturopathic medicine may include both conventional & natural therapies. The philosophy of naturopathic medicine aims to treat the whole person (i.e. mental, physical & emotional) & find the root cause of disease through individualized health care. For more information please visit the Canadian & BC association for naturopathic physicians:

Q: Do I need a referral to see you?

Referrals are not necessary to book an appointment.

Q: What should I expect from an initial consultation?

This is a 60 minute appointment in which your medical history, health goals, and previous laboratory tests may be reviewed in a one on one environment.

Q: What can I do to prepare for my appointment?

If you have extended health, please call the clinic with your insurance information to inquire about coverage. Please fill out the naturopathic intake package prior attending the appointment.

Q: What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring any previous blood work, imaging, lab results and a list of your current supplement(s) and/or prescriptions.

Q: Do you offer Telemedicine appointments?

I absolutely do! I use HIPAA and PIPEDA compliance software to keep your information confidential. However, if a physical exam if required, I request that you come into the office or I can refer you to another physician to ensure you get a proper assessment.

Q: Can I order supplements from you?

I use an online dispensary called Fullscript which allows me to recommend supplements that can be delivered to my patients home. Please note this service is only available for existing patients.
