What is a naturopathic doctor?

Naturopathic doctors (ND) are primary care physicians who are trained to treat a variety of general health concerns. Naturopathic medicine blends conventional & natural therapies (i.e eastern meets western medicine). The philosophy of naturopathic medicine aims to treat the whole person (i.e. mental, physical & emotional) & find the root cause of disease through individualized health care.

The first step is a meet & greet appointment to ensure we are a good match. This is your opportunity to ask any clarifying questions about my approach or naturopathic medicine (Note: no health advice is given during this appointment type). No referrals are needed to start your journey.

What does it look like to work with me?

In the initial appointment - we "strategize". We spend an hour discussing your health history, labs & health goals in a one on one environment.
